Every dollar helps keep the picket line strong and lets baristas cover rent and groceries while fighting for the fair contract they deserve.

Blue Bottle workers are up against a huge opponent. Nestlé, the giant corporation that owns Blue Bottle, is notorious for its human rights abuses and is no stranger to union-busting.
But Blue Bottle baristas are fighting back. In less than two years, they’ve unionized over 10% of U.S. stores, walked out and marched on the boss countless times, and made progress toward a contract.
Blue Bottle is dragging its feet, but baristas can’t wait any longer for the fair pay and safe working conditions they deserve. We’ve heard so many stories, from workers who are selling blood plasma to pay the bills, to baristas who must endure sexual harassment from customers. Blue Bottle workers deserve more, and they are fighting to get it.
In solidarity,
The Labor Force
UPDATE 12/2: Thanks to incredible community support from The Labor Force and beyond, Blue Bottle Independent Union kept the picket lines strong for FOUR days.
